hey sarah! don't even ask me how i got here....facebook maybe...anyway, i have really enjoyed reading your entries and will be a regular fan! I think it's great you are taking this health journey- believe me when I say I understand the ups and downs! I'm actually in my dietetic internship at vanderbilt in nashville so that i'll be a registered dietitian in about a year. anyway, keep up the great work! scales are for losers....at least that's what I say. (but I do understand that little number can be quite a reinforcer when it's going down....i just got addicted to watching my number go down at one point in my life and ended up in therapy and eating disorder rehab! don't want you doing that, girl!)
I'm a single, 31-year old, Christian Title 1 reading teacher living in Richmond. I had RNY gastric bypass surgery on July 2, 2008. I love being an aunt to Abby and Brian and watching my UNC Tar Heels play basketball!
I have two blogs - A TarHeel in Richmond is every thought that comes into my head and Fighting to Free the Skinny Girl Inside is only the entries about my WLS.
